Description
Service for 12 (24pieces) Sterling Silver Fruit Knife & Fork Set with faceted MOP Mother of Pearl handles and sterling blades and tines. Made by William Hutton & Sons of Shielfield, England C 1911-1912. In original box with key. Knives are 7 1/8" long. The forks are 5 1/4" long. Box is 11" wide 9" long and 2 5/8" tall. Each piece has proper English hallmarks denoting date code, city code, lion passant for sterling and makers marks for William Hutton & Sons. Box has had some bubbling to the veneer and a few repairs. Interior is plush lined with purple felt in very good condition.
Condition
Very Good with light scratches to the blades and tines.
