A group of three Chinese porcelain miniature vases qing dynasty, 18th-19th century. Comprising: a miniature blue and white porcelain "Dragon" bottle vase with a four-character Yongzheng mark, a globular floral blue and white bottle vase, and a speckled pink-ground double gourd vase (3).
H: 2 3/4 in. (largest)
PROVENANCE:
Dragon vase: John Sparks Limited, London, acquired September 4, 1959 (as Yongzheng period); the second: gift from Dr. Arthur Cone, 1957; the third Ralph M. Chait Gallery, March 29, 1948
ALL: Property from the Collection of Dr. Frederic and Mrs. Madeleine Zeman
Thence by descent to the present owner
Condition
Dragon vase with minor flaw to interior of lip, potting flaw to foot ring; floral vase with some fritting to mouth; double gourd vase with a few very small glaze pits to body.
