Here is a nice pair of items . Item # 1 of 2: Very early, hand colored, lithograph entitled " " A California Cabin"( 1854). It depicts, 3 rugged gold miners, splitting up the days finds. Very good details. Lithograph done by W & P. Item # 2 of 2 : The most historical place in California History ...Sutter's Mill , where gold was discovered on January 24, 1848. Another hand colored lithograph, framed in barn wood.. A page out of history ( 1852), ( #292) originally from Gleason's Pictorial Drawing Room Companion. Both perfect condition, framed in barn wood, and the same size..14 1/2" high x 17 1/4 wide" . Great items for your collection, or your drawing room !! ( RH).
