Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989), "La moissonneuse (Reaper)" from the artist's series of twelve works, "Hommage a Leonardo da Vinci (Great Inventions)"-circa 1966, engraving and etching with pochoir color on Arches paper with watermark, pencil signed lower right, noted from a limited edition of 450 lower left with "160/450". Work depicting a tall field of wheat with figures amid the stalks, birds flying overhead, gilt accented mechanism lower right. Unframed. Sheet size approximately 22.3" x 29.9". Provenance: Acquired from Van Heusen-Charles Ltd, New York in by collector in New York thence by descent ot the present owner in Atlanta, Georiga. Note: Copy of invoice from Van Heusen-Charles Ltd. Fine Arts, 48 Howard Street, Albany, New York for purchase of entire series available upon request.
