GERMAN CERAMIC BEER STEINS, LOT OF TWO, comprising a Mettlach #1180 with drinking verse and inlay lid, appropriate markings, and a Steinzeugwerke owl character marked "999 / GERMANY". Late 19th/early 20th century. 6" and 7 3/4" HOA.
Mettlach undamaged, owl with colored chip to outer edge of lid below beak and some minute flakes to paint, primarily on handle.
