Chez Ninon Haute Couture Yellow Raw Silk Evening Gown, ca. early 1960's.

Chez Ninon was a New York Couture House which was making licensed "line to line" copies of Paris couture models, including Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Lanvin & Nina Ricci. They were often using original materials -fabrics, buttons, trims, etc.- provided by the design house. They are known for making garments for Jacqueline Kennedy including her famous pink Chanel suit.

This evening gown also probably copy of a Paris couture.

Very good condition. There is a water stain at the hem near side seam. Client name section was cut out from the label.
