Card, Chief of Staff (National Capital Sesquicentennial), Card dates the card "Nov. 7, 2002," also a typed White House transmittal letter signed, Albert R. Gonzales, Counsel to the President, Attorney General, (The White House) with a White House letter signed, Scott McClellan, Press Secretary (Freedom of the Press), Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense (commemorative stamp with a Lincoln quote "Those who Deny freedom to others Deserve it not for Themselves") with a typed letter signed, The White House, July 21, 1970 while he was the Assistant to the President and Paul Wolfowitz Deputy Secretary of Defense, and a major architect of President Bush's Iraq policy (National Capital Sesquicentennial).
