Estate 18k Yellow Gold Blue Topaz Diamond Necklace. Retro design. Having approximately 13 carats of blue topaz and .54 of a carat of white diamonds. Set in 18kt yellow gold. Measures 18 inches in length plus pendant. Weighs approximately 48.5 grams inclusive.
