Appears to be Sterling, unsure if this is a watch fob or used by women to hang from their blouse. We've been told that the teeth may be elk or red deer, and the skull/jaw is of a marten. Circa 19th century. Approx. 7-1/2" long. Skull has a hinge to open and close the mouth.
