Thomas Hart Benton (American, 1889-1975) Portrait of Leo Huberman. Signed lower right, To Huby, Benton. Graphite on wove paper. Cartoon for "American Today" mural. Huberman first met Benton while working as a young educator in New York City in the late twenties and early thirties. The two became good friends, and remained friends the rest of their lives. Sight 12 1/2" x 7". The Leo Huberman Estate.
