An early 20th century 18ct gold off-set old-cut diamond and emerald two-band ring.Emerald weight 0.62ct.Principal old-cut diamond estimated weight 1ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity.Ring size J1/2. 4.6gms.We offer free worldwide shipping on this lot, subject to terms.
Condition
  • Scratches and small marks. Slight discolouration.
  • Some claws worn, may require attention.
  • Diamonds appear fairly bright and well matched.
  • Estimated total diamond weight 1.56cts.
  • One diamond to a shoulder is rose-cut.
  • One old-cut diamond to a shoulder is chipped.
  • Emerald is a medium slightly bluish green. Large central window effect.
  • Electronically tests as approximately 18ct gold.
  • Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
