featuring a black transfer view of New York from Weehawk from the Select Sketches Series, depicting a city in background with several spired churches, ships in the harbor, and figures in foreground. Printed cartouche mark with "Select Sketches / New York / stone ware / D" to underside. Thomas Dimmock & Co., Hanley, England. 1828-1859. 7 1/8" HOA, 11 3/8" x 9 1/2" rim.

Condition
Having chip to each handle underside, an approximately 9" L hairline above base primarily visible to interior due to decoration on exterior, and some wear to rim.
