Item Details

Description

Chinese Hard Wood Table Screen inlaid with carved Shoushan (Soapstone) of a Lady and Boy in a Garden with 2 Facing Dragons with Lingzhi in a panel below; fitted into a separate hard wood stand. Height of plaque 17 inches (43 cm.). Total height of plaque and stand 20 inches (50.8 cm.).

Condition

Age related wear, a cross piece of hard wood missing between garden scene and pair of Dragons; shrinkage lines to panel and to joins.
