(Walt Disney Studios, 1937) Original production cel set-up of Doc, Happy, and Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, depicting Doc holding a long pole topped with a water can, Happy kneeling with a brush and bar of soap, and Dopey poised for an overdue scrubbing. The cel has been trimmed and applied to an airbrushed background as prepared by Courvoisier Galleries for sale. Total character image measures 8.5 x 7, with a mat opening of 9.5 x 7.75. Matted to an overall size of 14.5 x 13; reverse bears two Walt Disney Enterprises labels, one that states: "This is an original painting on celluloid from the Walt Disney Studios." In fine condition, with trivial instances of lifting to paint, uniform toning, and portions of the cels slightly raised from the background.
