Description
Rare Chinese 17th Century late Ming / early Qing Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Censer Bowl with well painted Flowers, Fruit, a Scholar's Rock, evenly spaced around the sides, the out-turned mouth edge with a brown slip, the unglazed foot and base with a thin orange burn line from the firing at the end of the glaze. Diameter 8 3/4 inches (22.2 cm.).
Condition
Age related wear to inside mouth edge, the unglazed foot with a chip probably from the kiln firing or potter.
