Five-Piece Sterling Silver Table Service
1929-1930, by William B. Durgin Co., Concord, New Hampshire, for Brand-Chatillon, New York City, New York, including:
a tureen, h. 5-3/4", l. 12", w. 7-1/4";
a stand for the above, l. 17-3/4", w. 13";
a pair of vegetable dishes, l. 11-1/4", w. 8-1/4"; and
a tazza, h. 9-1/4", dia. 9-1/4";
each with a rim decorated with threaded panels engraved with rocaille swags and applied reed-and-acanthus edge, the tureen with ring handles en suite, the stand with rocaille feet, each piece monogrammed "JCM" or "JJM".
