Condition Report: Prospective buyers can request a more detailed examination and/or clarification of the condition report. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact, nor regarded as a warranty or guarantee.
Stephenson's Auction is not responsible for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.

Estimates are provided only as a guide for prospective bidders. Only the items that are being offered for sale on-line have estimates.
Inspection will be held in our gallery located at 1005 Industrial Blvd., Southampton, PA, 18966.
Bidders will be charged a 20% buyers premium. We charge a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax to everyone except those who have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption number, and those bidders must fill out a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Form and provide us with a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
If you choose to pay using LiveAuctioneer's Payment Processing you will be charged a payment processing fee of 2.8%.
Stephenson's Auction offers limited in house shipping. We do not ship internationally. Shipping must be arranged within 10 days of the auction.
We will ship items that can fit within a Small Priority Mail Flat Rate Box.
We do not provide shipping for any item which will not safely fit in a small flat rate box.
Flat rate shipping of the box plus the cost of packing and insurance. Insurance is required.
If the dimensions of all items purchased are too large to fit in a small flat rate box you must arrange for your items to be picked up and shipped out by a shipping company.
The buyer will pay the shipping company directly for the shipping. It is highly recommended that you CONTACT shippers prior to bidding and get an estimate for shipping.
Stephenson's Auction can assist bidders in arranging for the shipment of their items. The buyer must arrange to have their purchases picked up and packed by a shipper of their choice.

Please note that International and oversize items can be quite expensive to ship. We HIGHLY recommend that buyers inquire about shipping costs before bidding. To assist the buyer, we can provide information on shipping companies. Stephenson's Auction does not endorse or guarantee these companies. They are provided as a list of reference and as a service to our customers.
All successful bidders must email firstname.lastname@example.org to release the paid item and liability of it from Stephenson's Auction and to the shipper. A simple statement such as: I (the buyer of said item) release it from Stephenson's Auction and to (the shipper) is necessary before the item can be shipped. Shippers must pack/wrap and load your items. The purchaser is responsible for payment to the shipper including but not limited to: labor, materials, postage, and insurance fees.

Shipping Websites for Reference:
Once liability of item has been transferred to shipper, the buyer and the shipping company are responsible for handling claims of damage that may occur. Such damage is not grounds for a refund by Stephenson's Auction. When applicable, any arrangements regarding the granting of licensing for export and/or import of items is the responsibility of the buyer.
All pick-ups or shipping arrangements should take place at time of payment, and completed within 10 days.
Pick-up times are Monday through Wednesday between 9AM and 5 PM or Saturdays between 9AM and 12 Noon.
Any items not picked up or arrangements for shipping completed within the requested 10 day time frame will begin to have a storage fee of $5 per item, per day assessed and added on to the bill if not removed within 30 days from the auction date.
BIDDING:Internet bidding (both live and absentee,) Left bid and Phone bid services are available. These bids are executed to the best of ability by a designated Stephenson's Auction employee and/or via LiveAuctioneers with information provided to us via computer. This is a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith - as our firm does not control the transmission speed used by or have previous knowledge of bid increments left by registered Liveauctioneer users.
Payment is to be made to Stephenson's Auction within 5 days of date of auction.
Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or certified check.
All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Stephenson's Auction." There is a 3% fee for the use of international credit cards.
The auctioneer has sole and final discretion in any dispute. Stephenson's Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction before the sale for any reason.
